Hello there. Does anyone have any window replacement recommendations?

Long story short, my dad died and house is in probate. Assholes broke in through a back window and I need to get it replaced and have no idea where to start.

It’s an older home, still had single pane windows and looking to just replace the one for now.

Any suggestions on affordable places? We are looking to install it ourselves if possible. Thanks.
