Panickign after NBME score drop
For context, I've always been probably one of the lower performing kids in my class so went into dedicated on the backfoot. I also realized I took NBMEs in a very seemingly random order but oh well!
NBME 30 (5/11) : 81/200
NBME 28 (5/18) 92/200
NBME 29 (5/26) : 111/200 -> was happy to see this jump
NBME 31 (6/4) : 119/200 -> I felt like things were finally starting to click
NBME 27 (today 6/9) : 108/200 -> not sure what happened but I was really dissapointed to have not improved let alone regress by like 8% EPC
I've been reviewing every question of every NBME, skipping the questions I know I got correct (and understand why) along with hitting my weak systems with Pathoma (+ doing the corresponding Duke Pathoma cards). I've been having trouble incorporating Sketchy for Micro and Pharm despite having gone through them already but I definetly feel I need to go through them again.
I was schedule to sit in 2 weeks but I will most definetly need to postpone by at least a week or two, has anyone been in my boat and have any advice for someone struggling? I would appreciate any advice, thank you.
