Update on my sim setup with limited space

I started simracing in 2017, even upgraded to an aluminium rig, stopped in 2020 and began to race again in 2025. Sadly my space is very limited now, so I have to do the best of it. I want to give a little bit of inspiration to people who also have limited space, but want an immersive simracing experience: My setup is a very heavy desk with a fanatec csl dd (8nm) and csl pedals with a load cell break pedal. The pedals are mounted on a diy woodmount which are attached to the ground with a strong velcro fastener. I had to build something on top of the pedals, because my cats blocked them sometimes which ruined my races. The seat is made out of massive wood and has anti slip stickers on its feet. My seat doesnt move even with 100% force on the loadcell pedal and I can definitely recommend it over a (spinning) office chair. The setup itself feels very solid and nothing moves or shakes. Its as close as I could get to my old aluminium rig.
Btw, I have some POV-videos on my profile where you can see it in action.
