Hallo! Wie geht's?

I'm learning Deutsch with my wife and we have to show a city in Deutschland. We chose Stuttgart and we would like to know what are the main POIs there, how's rent in the different neighborhoods? Is it expensive? (Compared to other cities in the country). What possible places could you visit and what places you won't find in there (like beaches or other locations that might not be there because of geography or culture). Anything will be appreciated!!!
