Firstly, are conditional offer holders allowed to start hall applications? I've seen a couple of people say yes but just wanted to confirm.

While creating a housing application account on the CEDARS portal, it says that I need to pick an abbreviation for my degree. I got accepted into the department of Computer/Electrical/Electronic and as far as ik, we pick majors in 2nd year? The options are all either CE, EE, ElecE etc. so I'm confused on which to pick. Could anyone in the same department help out?
