BOAT EARBUDS blast
Bought these earbuds around 2 years ago for ~₹2000, and we still have the bill.
Today, when the case was opened, smoke started coming out of one earbud followed by a loud popping/boom sound. Thankfully, it wasn't in anyone's ear at the time.
This raises a serious safety concern. What if this had happened while someone was wearing it?
Not looking to spread hate just want an explanation and proper investigation into what caused this.
We have the bill and evidence of the incident.
