Can Overcharged Nexus' Photon Overcharge ability affect units spawning from a Pylon or Omega Worm? If not, I don't see the application for this ability.

In this scenario, I know that not all of the Marines can see all of the Zealots, but me and my buddy don't know how to handle what dice get contributed, who gets hurt, etc. Pls help?

For context, the statue there is size 3 and the minerals and gas are size 1. I know the size 1 objects don't interfere, but size 3 is weird because the marines on the edge can see some of the zealots while others cannot.
