It happened earlier, and now it’s cutting out again. What is happening and why?

Previous post got removed, but now about 50 friends have reported same issue. Why ?

A lot of my friends, employees have been reporting the app going offline “red line” for a few days or hours at a time. It’s the latest update 6.5.0s.
Any advice? The rest of the phone works. VPN, and on the secure OS “graph…”
