I just downloaded ticket swap to sell tickets for a festival in Malta. I was able to successfully sell all three tickets, yet ticket swap keeps telling me “action needed” that I need to verify my identity, after I’ve put my driver license and my passport about 20 times (not joking) yet it’s still not verified. I don’t understand. I sent them an email on Monday, but have not got a response. Has anyone else had this issue?
