Not nauseous, still hungry yet repulsed by everything

Every post I see about this is people not being able to eat because they're so nauseous. I'm 2 months in, about to take my first 1mg dose, so far I've had zero side effects except that food seems disgusting to me but not in a helpful way. I'm still just as hungry and have as much food noise as i did before I started. The only difference is now the only thing I want to eat and can stomach is sugary foods like juice, ice cream, protein shakes, and bad carbs like pastries and pasta and pizza. Everything healthy completely repulses me. Keep in mind I didn't use to eat as much of this unhealthy stuff before I started, I ate much healthier but had a hard time keeping portions small because I was always hungry. I'm also completely exhausted and it's not cause I'm not eating enough calories like most people on here but probably because I'm not eating anything with valuable nutrients. I've obviously lost zero weight and in fact have put on a few pounds since I started. Has anyone else experienced this and does it get better on higher doses? It's very odd to me and I haven't seen anyone else discuss this
