Question about charges (not me)
Not asking for legal advice: I know a Canadian booked in comal jail for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a domestic partner. I’m from Canada so what happens to someone down there when they are booked on these charges? There is a psych component as well, they were restrained while being booked. What’s it like down there and what will happen to these charges if guilty?
