basically i did everything to accept my accommodation but for some reason it wouldn’t let me pay the £400 advanced rent on the main website so i had to call up UWE and pay a different way. They then said that i needed to email them the payment confirmation so they can waive of the payment and let me accept it so i did that but it’s been 24 hours since then i’ve had no response or anything saying that it’s all been sorted, ive been waiting on the phone for 2 hours to talk to someone and my deadline to accept the accom offer is tomorrow. What should i do? will i still have my accom or have UWE just fucked me over
