I was gifted this book in the 2010's. The cover was a blue hardcover with a nautical theme. Either a sailboat or a lighthouse was an illustration, not an actual photo. The interior was spiral-bound pages. It had typography and clear cadence in writing a book from start to finish. It had activities throughout and in the back pages. One of the first activities was about pairing motivations with characters. One example was a spiteful nun who was jealous of a younger nun's relationship with God. Help!
