I had a case accepted by them on 11th of May via email but have not had any contact since- I have sent 3 emails (one to the general email) and left 2 phone messages. But have been trying to call pretty regularly the past 2 weeks.

I know that everything would have become wild with NDIS changes but they are the only advocacy Centre that has accepted me.

I am hunting other options but I was hoping that I could at least talk to someone who could point me in the right direction. Has something happened with the program or is it normal for there to be no response to contact for a few weeks?
