How do y'all access your portals? Everyone's talking about portals being updated. How do you check?

Since July has started, has any NOP student gotten accepted or rejected yet?

I applied for NOP this year but the time ran out and I couldn't submit two documents. I emailed Lums asking if I could send those documents via email but they said no twice. Two and a half months later, I get a call telling me to email my missing documents even though the submission deadline was reached months ago. Does this usually happen?
