I still can't decide between Fiora or Kennen hook for Barcelona RQ :(

I was so set on playing fiora for barcelona at first, until I decided to try Kennen hook on stream. I instantly fell in love with the swarmy Kennen hook with a couple of sneaky combat tricks like starr crossed, fizz and the good old GRAND STRATEGEM!!
Let me know what you think of the list, the addition of star crossed + fizz combos with matron just opened so many different and insanely strong lines. Not only can you take xin zhaos which go to 6 might from your legend, you can matron in to fizz in to up from the deep/star crossed.

Should I go for the best of Fiora, or just try for top 64 with this Kennen?
