Are we able to request a new different case worker?
Our last one was extremely rude and said some things completely out of line. Got so much information wrong on the assessment. It’s a total mess.

It’s so frustrating they can scrutinize our lives and make decisions without taking into account all the information, be hostile and borderline abusive but there is no recourse. The supervisor did absolutely nothing.
