Can I afford this house?
New dental grad that starts working next month making 185k / year. Combined income with my partner is around 300k / year. Our debt is about 135k combined, and we’re pretty cash poor (about 30k). Doing a physicians loan, so no down payment needed.
We found a home we really love and want to put an offer on, but it’s 600k. This seems pretty steep to me, but I’d love to hear other opinions as well.
