OC Transpo to cancel dozens of school route trips, affecting 3,600 students
It is bound to happen when the shortages of articulate buses cutting into the majority rush hour scheduling issues. I'm wondering who came up with this idea in the past to allow this arrangements to happen without proper assessment.
