UCC bachelor in dental surgery
Hello everyone !
I am a French student, I have a 623 CAO score and I applied to the BDS in UCC since it had a 613 access score. I have applied in other countries but I would like to start looking for housing so I want to make sure I have a chance of getting in before pouring energy into that search.
Since I am not Irish I am not totally familiar with the nuances of the CAO access scores. I know that the website *says* the access score is 613, but I don't really understand if it means a score above 613 is guaranteed to get in or not.
I would greatly appreciate some clarification !
So, if you are a first or second year dental student, what was your CAO score when applying ?
Also, if my score happens to be enough to get in, does anyone have any tips in regards to housing ? I am searching of daft.ie, rent.ie, etc. but there are very very few options ?? which is confusing to me because Cork is a big city so maybe I am missing something. I know the housing market is saturated in pretty much every city in the world but damn.
