I am in the running for a paralegal position. It is a remote job. I have only worked in office environments before. I have never worked remotely.
I am also completely inexperienced with court online. (If anyone can help with that as well). But the possible new boss knows that.

How does remote legal work work?
I am an admitted attorney in the middle of the Free State.
I have over 13 years experience working in small to medium law firms. I started out as a runner clerk, then typist, I studied to get my LLB while working full time, I became a Candidate Attorney, was a paralegal for a while and last year I was finally admitted as an attorney.
I have realised that I will never get a fair salary working in private practice and that Private practice is just not for me.
I want to move toward legal compliance, human resources, contract management. Bigger companies, better pay, more stability.
If anyone has had this type of experience please give me some pointers. For my mental health, I want to make a change fast.
Also, if someone knows countries that requires people with B.Com, LL.B degrees, please let me know.
