Is Ignoring or Disparging Yald/Demiurge a Mistake?
Running with the thought that the Demiurge isn't evil incarnate, but a hyper-intelligent creator who gets some important things wrong due to their circumstance:
Why do (and I know I'm painting with a broad brush) why do Gnostics make it an aim to deny, decry, avoid, or ignore the Demiurge?
If he/it's still running the show more or less on earth, isn't that something that behooves a certain amount of acknowledgement or working along side of?
As a thought exercise, its like living in a regime in physical life were you probably disagree with the people in control on a lot of things, but they have a lot of power, so it behooves you to work within that system while also being true to yourself.
It would seem to me, and this is just a conjectural pondering right now, that you can both have gnosis, but also understand there is benefit to working with the structure and circumstance you find yourself in. Am I off?
