Customer support response times
Long story short, I purchased a couple of shirts through BandCamp in October of last year. They shared the same shipping info, but only one was delivered. I’ve reached out to the label several times and they’ve continually claimed production changes and it would be sent soon. Late April I finally asked for a refund. No response. Reached out to BandCamp May 6th. No response. Has anyone received support from BandCamp recently?
