Hi everyone , has anyone else gotten really dry, itchy patches all over their face after moving to Europe?

I’m from Thailand and I never had skin problems before, but since moving here in Germany my face has become super dry and itchy, and now I’m getting white/lighter patches that seem to be spreading.

I already went to a dermatologist but they only gave me a steroid cream, and I don’t really want to use steroids on my face.

Just wondering if anyone’s gone through something similar and found something that helped.
