I do like the card, but compared to the other cards, it was released with it is definitely the weak link, so how would you buff it?

My idea for buffing includes

1: Stealing power from even costed cards in hand as well as in your deck

2. Raising the cost but making it steal 1+ power from every card when revealed

3. Stealing 2+ power from even cost cards instead of 1

Are there any other opinions and ideas? I'm happy to listen

(These are all separate buff ideas not at once)
