Hi all, my H1b COE transfer petition got a RFE today as reflected in the online portal. Attorney says they will have to wait for the physical notice to arrive as they didn't create a online access account for my paper filing.

Can anyone with similar experience give some insight in terms of amount of time for RFE notice to arrive by mail? Can I urge the attorneys to create an online account now to access the notice early and potentially respond to it early as well?

I am bit concerned as my attorney has previously screwed up the transfer petition and had to file a new one. Thanks in advance!

I got an RFE for H1b transfer. I read online that the attorney can access the RFE notice online as its an e-filing (IOE). Has anyone here had success with getting the online notice before receiving the physical copy?
