I need to miss my FT MBA orientation to wrap up my job before starting school. My work contract will end at the end of September. I will leave a month early to start my MBA, so would like to not have to leave even earlier for orientation.

Those of you who have missed orientation for a FT MBA program: were there consequences? How early did you ask to miss it? What were your reasons for missing?
