Under contract on a home and we are working with the lender that our real estate agent suggested that we work with however we’re seeing better rates from Chase as well as Guild Mortgage our agent is pressuring us into continuing to use Lender #1 and we have already locked with Lender#1 how do we proceed in going with the lower rate? When can we walk away? Our real estate agent said that you really can’t walk away after you go under contract which I don’t think is true.
