Getting better at runs
How do you get better at runs? I have about 80 rides in but I mostly can’t do a full run without having to sit back down towards the end. I can match the beat in the saddle with resistance at 6-7 turns but when I wanna actually run it out of the saddle for a while 2 turns is my max. Should I train my vo2max or build more leg muscles when I’m not doing soul? Appreciate the advice!!!
