Any advice on how to handle this situation
So i was working for a company for 8 months till march after which i had a family emergency and i had to go home (it was my first job)
i informed the manager and hr that i would be gone for 2 weeks but i could not return and they sent me a letter of absenteeism for which i replied with the situation and submitted a resignation and did not serve notice period
hr is not providing any relieving letter but he has agreed to give me salary slips on the grounds that i absconded
Now i am looking for a new job and have a interview lined up but now the i am afraid the the new employer will look at this negatively
I left the job in march of this year and he has put in a contribution on pf in my uan for the month for which i have not worked
Any advice on how to get out of this ?!!
