Which is the best option

Hello,

I recently encountered the SamsungG6 360hz 1440P OLED monitor, typically $900 on sale for just $400 if you use the education portal. I thought this was a steal and was planning to buy but then discovered apparently there is a very heated glossy over matte belief and that matte barely feels OLED. I play in a dark room and really want beautiful colors.

This led me to consider something like this Alienware. However, I just cant stop feeling as If I am passing up a steal with that Samsung. Is the matte that bad on it? $400 is my max budget.

Which is better value

First PC

To what I see, the same PC but with 5080 instead of 5070 for $800 more at $3,000

Second PC

Just some background, this is my first PC from jumping from console. I know a bit but im not super crazy on the PC stuff. I just want a PC that can play every single game at good or high settings no issues. My monitor is 1440P, I have no plans to pay for a 4k one anytime soon. Considering an OLED tho. I would prefer it lasts more then like 3 years.
