My car loan is way over due and they tried to repo but I moved states so i guess they cant find me. But I recieved an email saying if I pay 30% they'll consider the debt settled. Has anyone ever gotten this email and followed through with it? Im wondering if it's a legit offer or a phishing scam. I dont want to call Exeter to ask them directly because if its not legit theyll have my new number and hound me relentlessly.
