hi all!!

I was scrolling Instagram, as one does, and noticed several videos of using heatless curlers- specifically the long flexible one that bends around the head (if that makes sense??). I was wondering if anyone has any experience or advice for using one with hair that’s both thin and fine. I love having curled hair but my hair will actually die if I constantly use heat on it, so I’d much rather find a better way to do it. TIA!
