Very Anxious
I am a 26-year-old male who filed for bankruptcy recently. My petition just got filed, and I haven't sat for the 341 meeting yet. Quick backstory, my former friend scammed me into a shady business. He told me to get credit lines, and from there, the rest is history. The debt I owed from this shady business that I got scammed from is around 80k. I am a student, never really had any income because I am finishing up my dental degree, and I am just super anxious because I just couldn't afford to pay anything anymore. I am living off my student loans, and the creditors and minimum payments were killing me. So my question is, post Bankruptcy, how was everyone's experience, pros and cons? Just a young adult who made a dumb decision before entering professional school, just looking for some encouraging advice and a fresh start before I graduate school. Living in (FL)
