Follower back pain?
I've been learning Cross Body and Cuban style twice a week and particularly after the Cross Body classes I have the most tremendous lower back pain. Is this common? Is there something I can do in my hip movement to prevent this from happening? Or do I just need to do more core strengthening and stretches 😅
