Please tell me I’m not alone

Almost 9 weeks pregnant and typically eat pretty clean. Rarely ever eat out or eat processed foods. I read all labels, all the things. But this first trimester has me in a choke hold! Everything at home sounds disgusting and makes me nauseous. Nothing sounds good unless it’s fast food or frozen foods. I also never really eat sweets and have been craving cookies and just junk food.

I’m worried I’m not supplying my baby with the proper nutrients. I also have crazy anxiety about the terrible things I’m putting into my body especially because colon cancer runs in my family.

Has anyone else gone through this? What worked for you? Did it get better in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters?

Forgot to add: I believe I have a low functioning gallbladder, haven’t been able to get it diagnosed completely because they want me to do a HIDA scan which isn’t allowed during pregnancy. Sooo wanting fried foods/pizza isn’t ideal and I’m trying to mitigate any complications while pregnant. Trying to do my best, it’s just sooo hard! If anyone has gallbladder support recs I’d love that also!
