I viewed a property 20th May, offer accepted have a dip through mortgage advisor… nothing has progressed since. I don’t want to keep in I contacted her last week she said she has now instructed a survey on the property which should be in place in 2-3 days this was Wednesday… I haven’t heard anything since. I haven’t even heard if I’m fully accepted yet I’m so confused. I got the solicitors waiting as I don’t want to pay incase I get declined I’m just waiting on an answer is this normal?
