Project Engineer at SM EDD
I just want to ask for advice if I will pursue the Project Engineer position for Mall Construction offered by SM EDD. I will be having my onboarding around 3rd week of June but I am currently working as Quantity Surveyor in a Triple A General Contractor Company.
In terms of salary mas mataas ang offer ng SMEdd, tsaka provided lahat ng benefits( accomodation, transpo, and government benefits) pero kinakabahan ako since di ko pa gamay and alam yung work since fresh passer din po ako.
On the other hand, on my current company, hindi ganun kataas ang sahod but still bearable to survive and save a little. Napakagaan lang ng work and people here are like family and friends kasi yung work culture and environment are not toxic. Pero yung trabaho puro estimation lang and paulit ulit lang din.
Also, if I will to choose the Project Engineer position, can anyone provide me a heads up on what to expect to be working at SM Edd?
