My four year old and I just moved into this apartment a month ago. A week into being in the apartment the toilet flooded and water dripped down into the living room. I contacted my apartment manager about trying a black mold test done and she said she would send someone out to test it. Then a few days later someone just cane to paint over it. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
