Honestly lose for words at how broken this entire platform is. I’ve been trying to change my monthly premium payment method for DAYS now and the website is completely useless.

To make matters worse, support is an absolute joke. Every time, some brainless bot sends me the exact same broken link that doesn't work. There's no way to reach a customer care agent. How hard is it to give basic instructions or just fix a payment portal?

I’m paying for a service and I literally can’t even give you my updated card because your system and customer service are both complete trash. Anyone else dealing with this or know a way to actually get through this?
