Tooth badly stained and discolored. Should I be concerned?

Currently on tray 29/29 of Invisalign and waiting for my refinements, I’ve noticed one tooth looks more discoloured than the rest. My teeth were pretty white before treatment I have had the odd few times where i’ve drank with them in and brushed later but for the most part been on top of everything. Does this look like possible decay, staining, or something else? No pain, just worried about the colour change. Has anyone experienced this during Invisalign?

So i’m coming up towards the end of my 29 trays. Currently on 27, i’ve got into the bad habit of vaping, smoking and drinking red bull and other fizzy drinks with my aligners in. My teeth have discoloured quite a bit i noticed. My main question is will this affect my actual progress and results? and Will it affect tooth movement or anything like that?
