Wellpp, my Stedi Water Based Panel liner is kinda sticky. It still flows but the flow part is konda slow, di gaya nung bagong bili siya. Napansin ko to when I used it a while ago, pag angat ko nung built in brush after putting some panel lines, may something sticky texture. What to do?
