Got tired of managing maintenance for my 5 properties so I built a tool. Thoughts on this?
Ever since I bought my first rental 4 years ago, I’ve struggled with the maintenance aspect. Getting multiple quotes, coordinating with vendors, coordinating with tenants it’s just a mess and on top of that I feel like I don’t really know what’s going on at my property, do I really need a new water heater or am I just being upsold. I don’t even know how old the thing is. So I’m building an app to solve this.
Automate maintenance requests so you’re not playing middleman
Track preventative maintenance so big repairs don’t sneak up on you
Store all your property info so you actually know what you own
