Fireworks Stores

Hello, this year I've seen a lot of Fireworks Stores/Shops in Springfield, also another one over South IL, it is not supposed that Fireworks are Banned in IL?

IT IS NOT A COMPLAINT. I love fireworks, actually it was sad knowing about it when I moved here 8 years ago.
