I had a hysterectomy following an endometriosis diagnosis back in 2019- one ovary and my cervix is all that remains. Im still ovulating- although not as frequently as before. My OB prescribed an estrogen patch for night hot flashes and vaginal dryness.

I have had it on for a week and have only noticed one major side effect- maybe not even a side effect? I dont know!

The smell of ground meat makes me want to puke. My go to dinner is ground meat, seasoning, and veggies because its super easy and im only cooking for 1. Last night I made ground turkey and wanted to hurl even opening the package. Cooking it didn't help.

I read your tastes can change during hormonal changes... is this a thing now??
