I (27f, 5’2, 134lbs) definitely see the changes in my stomach, but other than I feel like I am really not seeing the changes I was hoping for by this time. I have been strength training 4 times a week, running 3 times a week, and occasionally hiit/dancing/pilates/long walks/hikes (I like to switch things up frequently).
To not be all negative, I do feel proud that I have stayed consistent and set up great routines around working out in the last 8 months, but disappointed that I have not been able to get my eating under control. I find feeling hunger to be so triggering so I have not quite cracked the code to sticking with a deficit. At least I have some hope that my willpower is in there somewhere since I can stay disciplined with my workouts lol
