Hello Everyone!

I have recently submitted my application for admission in PhD to China West Normal university. To days ago, they sent me an email to submit the application fee. However, before I make decision, I have a few questions to ask:

1. What does the university's fully funded scholarship cover? Does it also include stipend? How much it will be?

2. How can I submit the application fee? I have scanned the QR code they have provided , but it is not working. I have also sent them email but, they have not replied yet.

I will really appreciate if someone answers these questions in detail.
