First time I caught anything with a dry fly. Definitely an awesome way to fish because they come up and eat it which looks awesome. Not sure what the name of that fly is so if someone knows please let me know. I don't know if anyone feels this way too but I feel like they eat and are biting way more in late afternoon like 5-8pm ish rather than first thing in the morning. Awesome time fishing!

First time using that setup too. Pretty fun.

I got these my third day of fly fishing. I walked around the water and looked under rocks and saw mostly black fly's and some insects so I used a little black dry fly. They loved it and it was like a feeding frenzy for these guys. Just had it on the end of my leader. I guess you could say it was a basic setup.
