This is the closest I've ever been able to 2 key UNM CB, but no matter how fast or strong I make my team, it's always the same results and I'm feeling kinda stuck. I've included the champions I collected over the past year. I'd appreciate any help to improve this. Thanks in advance for your time.

Pulled this guy today, you can only imagine how i felt at the moment, so we'll skip the unnecessary vent/tantrum. Instead i have question :
What's exactly the point of having "Legendary" champions of this catastrophically bad performance in the game while , at the same time, having rares that outperforms them in every single aspect ?
So here's the situation i'm in right now :
The current summon rush turned out to be slightly more expensive than i expected, i have 4 sacred shards with the possibility of getting 1-2 more from both UN CB and DT Hard, 6 voids and 20 ancients.
Theoretically, i can finish the first summon rush but highly unlikely to finish the second one. My plan is to completely skip both and some events and put all of the resources, previously allocated for thsoe events, into preparing for champion chase to get the extra epic :
by the time champion chase arrives and after finishing enough events to get only 12 rare champions for the fusion i can technically fuse :
3 epic champions required for the main fusion
1 Relic Keeper
2 more epics from Rhazin fusion + Rhazin himself
This is my first ever fusion so i don't know if i can get enough points to finish the champion chase, that's why i'm asking anyone with previous experience if this plan could possibly work.
Plan B is just to skip the fusion and save all the resources i saved for the next one instead.
