Where is everyone getting their weight loss jabs from lately? Any recommendations for clinics/pharmacies/doctors in South Africa?

I’ve really been struggling with my weight and it’s starting to affect my mental health quite badly. Looking into options like Wegovy/Mounjaro but not sure where to start or what’s legit/affordable.
